Cancellation Policy

I run a 48 hour cancellation policy, but I know sometimes life gets in the way, we’re only human after all, so the first missed will be 50%. Any missed appointments or appointments cancelled within the 48 hour window will be charged at 100% I’m sure you can understand that bills still need to be paid for the time and slots can’t always be filled with such short notice.
